As a Supervisor you must supervise the Operations of a team (12-15 agents), provide information and assistance to our guests and members of a Vacation Club. Also, provide quickly assistance to the agents, take Supervisor calls, resolve complaints, impose productivity metrics, results oriented attitude, foster team work and work ethic and have a great time management.Must speak fluent English.
